
There are a wide range of free services and support available to staff using Stream.
The National Centre for Teaching and Learning's Educational Technology Unit provides support for Stream via the Stream hotline. The hotline is the first port of call for all Stream queries. The staff are trained to assist with the technical setup of all Stream's tools and troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
The Materials Production Unit in Student Administration provides a wide range of free services to help you to create your Stream course. These include scanning of readings and creation of individual PDF files, embedding media files, creation of quizzes, glossaries and forums and much more. We have Teaching Consultants on all three campuses dedicated to providing educational support for Stream. If you are thinking of redesigning your cuirriculum, want to explore the opportunities of online assessment, or discuss strategies to better engage learners online, the Teaching Consultants are able to offer advice and guidance across a wide range of topics.
