After you have applied to graduate, ensure you check these items off your list before the big day:
Check the date and time of your ceremony and public procession details. It’s important you are on time
Apply for academic regalia. Orders need to be placed before 23 March
Generate and print your ticket and your guest tickets from your Student Portal
Share the live streaming link with friends and family
Learn about ceremony photos and booking a studio sitting with the photographer
Plan for family and friends to look after your wallet, handbag, camera, or flowers until after the ceremony.

On graduation day a helpdesk is located in the Bruce Mason Centre foyer one hour prior to each ceremony to assist with graduation enquiries.

Subject to fine weather, there will be morning and afternoon Graduand processions. In preparation for the procession please to report to:
The Commons, (In the McKenzie Precinct) 21 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna
Bring your numbered Graduand ticket and report at the assembly times relevant to your ceremony.
If the procession is cancelled due to bad weather an announcement will be made on the Massey University website homepage at approximately the following times:
Ceremony 1: 7:30am
Ceremony 2: 11:30am
Ceremony 3: 11:30am
Ceremony 4: 7:30am
Ceremony 5: 12:00pm
Ceremony 6: 7:30am
Ceremony 7: 11:30am
Ceremony 8: 11:30am
Reporting times to Bruce Mason Centre (The Promenade, Takapuna, Takapuna Beach) if the procession is cancelled:
Ceremony 1: 9:30am
Ceremony 2: 2:00pm
Ceremony 3: 5:15pm
Ceremony 4: 9:30am
Ceremony 5: 2:00pm
